EXCURSION TO DALYAN FROM OLUDENIZ
Dalyan from Oludeniz is an area of outstanding beauty and historical interest. With its famous Turtle Beach or Iztuz, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, impressive rock tombs and natural mud baths, Dalyan is one of the rarest places on Earth. And so that you can enjoy all of the above, we have created an excursion to Dalyan from Oludeniz that is suitable for both adults and children (and they, by the way, love it very much).
this is a very popular excursion in Oludeniz

Yes, an excursion to Dalyan from Oludeniz is a favorite children’s tour, because in one day you can get a lot of positive emotions by catching crabs, pampering yourself with healing mud and watching the life of turtles. Good family trip.

Turtle Beach – unique in the Mediterranean
Iztuzu Beach from Oludeniz is a rather unusual and incomparable beach (not only in Turkey). In fact, it is much more than just a beach. This is a sandy stretch of about 4 km at the end of the river delta, surrounded by mountains and pine trees. When viewed from above, Iztuzu Beach from Oludeniz is almost like a long peninsula with nothing but nature around it. Forming a natural barrier between the Dalyan River and the Mediterranean Sea, the site is a mix of stunning and unspoiled natural beauty and an important nesting site for the endangered Caretta Caretta sea turtles.

Lycian tombs of Kaunos
The impressive rock-cut tombs are the most significant examples of funerary architecture in Kaunos. This is truly one of Turkey's ancient architectural wonders, carved into the rocks overlooking the city of Dalyan. Their temple facade, built around 400 BC, indicates that the tombs were created for kings and queens. For safety reasons and to protect the tombs from damage, visitors are not allowed to climb the rock. However, you can see everything in detail from our boat, because the best view of this attraction opens from the river.

Details of the excursion to Dalyan from Oludeniz
As for the tour details: After a short 45-minute ride, we arrive in the city of Dalyan, where we transfer to river boats to take us to the attractions of this unique area. A river boat cruise through labyrinthine passages in the tall reeds will give the experience a slightly exotic atmosphere.
The first stop is the mud baths and thermal springs, which have attracted many famous people over the years, such as Dustin Hoffman, Sting and David Bowie.
Next we will go to Iztuzu beach with unusual inhabitants - with a rare species of Caretta-Caretta turtles, but along the way we will make a couple more stops: at magnificent rock tombs and to catch Blue crabs. The tombs, by the way, belong to the kings of ancient Lycia and date back to the 4th century BC. And catching crabs is great fun for children. There are a million emotions after this process (and joyful photos too).
